J D Dance Academy is an Established Dance School which is celebrating
its 6th Birthday this year. Its goal is to help children overcome the barriers that dance is associated with.
The principal is a graduate with 10 years training to get to the standard he
is at today. He began his training at Newcastle Upon Tyne College where he underwent a HND in Dance.
After completion he then went on to do a top up degree in Northumbria Universtiy.
After this he returned to Wales to further his teaching
profession, and in 2007, completed a teaching qualification better know as a PGCE.
Along side his
academic stuides, he has had numerous years of performing as a dancer in area's such as backing dancing for tribute
bands, performances on S4C, and numerous theatrical performances.

them to allow them to get the best training possible from this Academy..."

JD Dance Acadmey open's its doors to everyone who is
wanting to learn some new dance styles either for fun or for a career. J D Dance Academy will supply & support you
in achieving the foundation blocks in which is needed to succeed within the highly competative dance industry.

am a fully qualified dance teacher, obtaining a Degree & PGCE, who has been CRB checked. Along side my Dance Degree
and Teaching Qualifications, I am also acknowledged by the CSSIW - Care & Social Services Inpectorate Wales for Kids Club
and obtain Public Liability Insurance. Any of these can be shown on request.
